At MESTIZA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
